Some help please

I am a developer of a new site which has the s2member Pro.

The site has 5 level memberships.

So far so good, i create memebers area for specific level etc everything works fine.

My problem is that the owner of the site want to publish every day a pdf file.

The file needs to be accessible to all levels (non members,free members and to users of 5 memberships) who pay extra £3 to download it. He want to change the pdf every day and sell the next day again the new pdf for £3 again.
How can i do that?

The second problem that i have is that as i said there are 5 level memberships, the owner now want to add a new service where the existing or new members can subscibe and will be able to have access to a specific page.

So if a member is Level 4 if he buy the new service he can have access to level 4 things and to the new service too.

I tried to create a new member level but that will not help. I could use custom capability buy now but i want to charge this service every month or yearly or half-yearly.

Any idea to all these issues?

Thank you for your time :) By the way we have the s2member pro but he does not have any idea about the paypal transaction id , or something like that thats why i cant post to the pro forum.
