Hey guys

I have a site which hosts about 250 members right now. I have 3 or 4 people who have been locked out twice (IP Ban) since I converted to S2Members (beginning of December 2011). They all say they don’t share accounts nor use more than 2 computers.
What information is needed in order to troubleshoot the problem?

Are you sure it’s the IP Ban and not the Brute Force / IP Login Restriction?

Are you able to re-set them using the button in s2member?

Yea, resetting the IP ban solves the problem.
