Start Date issue: Authorize.Net Pro Form

We have generated form code with (I think) no free period yet the subscriptions are being created with a billing start date 1 month in the future. Here is the short code:

Is there a parameter missing or incorrect? We require billing to being immediately. We contact Authorize.Net but they said it had to do with the parameters we are passing. Any help is appreciated.

Well, the shortcode says there is no trial, the regular payments are monthly and the description says yearly.

Do you have another shortcode in your site somewhere that may be giving the trial?
