I installed ARB briefly before I realized that there were many issues. I deleted the users from the database but ARB billing attempts continue through Authorize.net. How can I stop all ARB transactions!

You mean the Authoriz.Net recurring billing, right? You manage those from Authorize.Net. Not sure if there’s a way to manage them in bulk, though, you’d have to ask them.
