Stylizing email response forms?

I had found where I could change the messages…Can I use html and css with in that section? That’s more of what I was asking. Sorry for not being clearer.

Ah, sorry I didn’t understand the HTML/CSS part of your question. No, those emails still don’t support that yet, they’re plain text emails.
