Subscribe page/Button Issues

We have a site called http://www.bleedbluekentucky.com which is a sports recruiting site and we are wanting to protect our content and have people subscribe to the site. I’m having issues with the subscribe page and I can’t get our buttons to work. http://www.bleedbluekentucky.com/subscribe Also, as far as I know I have the setting right but none of the content seems to be protected. Could someone please help me? Thanks!

JD, I see you have two pro-forms in the same page. This would cause them to fail, only one pro-form can be used in a page. Remove one and let me know if the fixed your problem. If not, could you explain in more detail what the problem is? Thanks!

Well we have 2 plans. The year plan and the monthly plan. How do you suggest we do this then? Thanks!

Hi JD, You will need to separate these two Pro Forms into different pages, as we have done on s2Member.com.
