I have a Paypal Pro account with Payflow. Orders that are being processed with Paypal are being assigned the correct role but orders where a person inputted there credit card information got charged but they got assigned the WordPress role of “Subscriber” and the Level they paid for.

I just temporarily removed the option for credit card until i figure out what is wrong.

Any idea why this is happening. Also is it okay for me to assign them manually the correct role they signed up for?

Thank you for reporting this important issue.

This is usually the issue here. Note that if you’d rather keep using W3 Total Cache you can just turn off Object Caching, and that should fix the issue. Otherwise, you may want to check out Quick Cache (written by us). We know it works with s2Member.
