Subscription button will not appear

I added all my PayPal configurations. I did not opt to use a sandbox since this is a brand new site that no one knows about yet. I generated a level 1 subscription button… added the shortcode to my registartion page – but it will not show (and yes, I logged myself out) :)

The strange thing is when I look at the view source, I see the express checkout code… any ideas why the button will not appear on the page?
