Tax not calculating – Auth.Net Module

Hello, I think we have our taxation values filled out correctly, but the forms are not calculating any tax when they should be. Is there something wrong with our set up? BRITISH COLUMBIA/CA=12% ALBERTA/CA=5% SASKATCHEWAN/CA=15% MANITOBA/CA=12% ONTARIO/CA=13% QUEBEC/CA=14.975% NEW BRUNSWICK/CA=13% NOVA SCOTIA/CA=15% PEI/CA=5% NFLD AND LABRADOR/CA=13% Nunavat/CA=5% NWT/CA=5% Yukon/CA=5% US=0% Is there another step beyond just configuring the values, or are there other common mistakes that people make? Any help is appreciated.

Hi Andy, What do you have set up as your Global Default Tax Rate? Is it still 0.0%?

Could you link to the pro-form that isn’t calculating the taxes so we can take a look? Also, maybe there’s a JS problem with the pro-form, introduced by another plugin or the theme. Could you tests these? Knowledge Base » Common Troubleshooting Tips
