Terms & Conditions?

I am trying to integrate a Terms & Conditions plugin but nothing I can find works, has any one here managed to get a Terms & Conditions working as a condition of signup or login?

If not maybe is should be a part of the paid version

I have found a plugin that will do the trick for now but I can’t thank you enough. I am planing to use s2members pro as soon as my site comes out of alpha so this information is extremely useful in helping to convince me that s2members is the right choice.

If my current TOS plugin stops working (Thanks again to s2members) I have a backup plan.

Hello I am looking for a TOS plugin too but cannot seem to find the one you are referring to John, at least not in the standard WordPress repository. Any help would be appreciated.
