Transfer data from Magic Members to s2Member?

Has anyone switched from Magic Members to s2Member? I’m curious how hard it will be to transfer ~400 paid members from MM into s2Member. Is it just a matter of rearranging & importing the data or will I have to do manual updates? Any tips are appreciated :)
