Hi, I am having a hard time getting my Clickbank product integrated with s2member.

Mainly having an issue with it sending people to the right Thank-You page and assigning their registration to the appropriate Member Level (Level 1).

checked with s2member checklist and says I should include the thank you page with clickbank in this format…

Tried test purchase and this worked, but noticed it isit defaulting to non-paying subscriber at registration instead of a level 1 member… does not give access to my Level 1 pages (my product!).

I believe I have followed all the steps for setting up the proper Clickbank option in s2member…

Very frustrating! Please help – how can I fix this??

About the user level, do you have Open Registration enabled? If so, disable it during tests to make sure that you can only register because the transaction went well and s2Member set the cookie or you used the access link in the Signup Confirmation email. Enable logging, log out of your admin account, reload the salespage, and place a test order with the card ClickBank gives you so you get the transaction logged. Success!! Think I just needed to log out of wordpress… also cleared my history/cookies first. The other settings were already good, so think that’s all it was. Anyway, did a test purchase and it worked! Thanks for your help!

Ugh… just got to my work computer and tried another test sale…

went thru, but when I clicked the link to take me to registration, the registration page wont let me register.

I get this error message:

“User registration is currently not allowed.”

Any thoughts?

Was this the link from the same transaction you had already registered with in your previous test? Only one account registration will be allowed per transaction.

In your work computer try a new test purchase and try registering then, please.
