Two Different Memberships One Install

I have a client whom I set up 6 levels of membership for. He wants to add some training with 4 more levels of membership but give people the option to do the 6 course membership or the 4 or both..

If i create 4 more levels, level 7 which would be a seperate set up courses would have access to 1 thourgh 6 but need to find a way to block that or seperate the two somehow

Any suggestions?
