Regarding: UNPLANNED DOWNTIME @ s2Member.com
The cloud server hosting s2Member.com suffered some unexpected downtime on the afternoon of Friday April 26th between approx. 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm EST time. We are VERY sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. This outage took a rather long time to recover from (much longer than we would have preferred).
At around 8:00 pm EST all systems were operating normally once again; and we are still monitoring network activity closely at this time. We are also working together with our partners at FireHost™ so that we may avoid future outages like the one we experienced today.
