Unlimited-Site License for multisite?

Hello, I would like to change my wordpress site from non-multisite to multisite but I still have the “Single-Site License”. I don’t know if I need the “Unlimited-Site License”. My multisite won’t be a Blog Farm and I don’t use more than one domain. On the description is “For site owners w/ multiple domains.” buy I only use one domain and create my multisite with subdomains.
