My website designer quit and I am having to start the design process over. I do not know what direction the future designer will take me in so I would like to cancel my membership until such time that I can purchase the exact package I need from S2.

Hello Lizabeth,

I’m afraid this case is not covered in the refund policy. s2Member® » Terms » Refund Policy

However if you only bought a single-site license or a multi-site license it doesn’t really matter what plan your designer wants, you can always use the pro version for it’s pros. :)
