Hi it’s James Martell here. I am posting this here because I for some reason see “You cannot create new topics here.” in the Customer Support Forum area. If someone knows how to correct this problem it would be appreciated. In the meantime, my real issue it I need to get my password for my Pro version of S2Member. The problem I am having is I no longer have access to the email address that I signed up with so I can’t retrieve it in the typical way. I did however purchase the software using my PayPal account which does have a different email address, which I do have access to. If you would send my password to that email address it would be greatly appreciated. My username with s2Member is netcarts Can anyone point me in the right direction, and who I can contact here at S2Member? James |
