upgrade to pro version

I just upgraded to the pro version but I don’t know how to ftp my files to wordpress.. I have downloaded the filezilla software but I have not been able to login in to ftp to upgrade the free version… I am using bluehost as my hosting company and have a wordpress site that has optimize press on it and s2 free version.. where is there a tutorial that shows how to do this???? mike

no worries.. I figured it out… a quick questions is there a way to not require the username or make it the same as email address in the forms? so the new members only have to input 3 fields instead of four… the ability to make the email address the same as the username would be the best way not sure if you can do it with S2
