Please forgive my ignorance… I just purchased the pro version of s2member and I am having trouble upgrading… I don’t know how to use FTP and Filezilla. Could I get some more detailed instructions… Please and thank you.

No need to apologize, we weren’t born knowing it either. There are many videos online that describe how to FTP or use FileZilla: http://google.com/search?q=using+filezilla&num=100l&tbm=vid
