Hi there, if I buy the single site license which is 69$ and afterward I want to upgrade to the multiple which is 129$, do I have to pay 129$ or just the difference from 69 to 129$?

Yes you would simply pay the difference. You would have an upgrade button under the My Account page, which would allow you to upgrade, only paying the difference.
