Hello just bought the paid version and I added it to the file via File Zila but my framework doesn’t seem to reflect the upgrade.

Could I get some assistance with that?

Hello Tammy,

Could you show us an image of your folder structure? This is usually the problem when doing this kind of stuff. :)

Tammy, it’s possible that you have an extra s2member-pro folder, probably added when you extracted it from the zip file. Could you make sure you don’t have /s2member-pro/s2member-pro/ please? Thanks. :)
