Hi,
I’m using your free plugin for WordPress, and have installed BBPress in the same directory under the subfolder “forum”. I’m not using the BBPress plugin, as I would like the forum to be separate from yet integrated with my WordPress blog.

I would like to make this forum private, so that only members who are logged in have access. However, when I add “/forum/” to URI restrictions “URIs That Require Highest Level #4:” I can still access the forum even when I log out. Am I doing something wrong?

The forum is here: http://www.totumtheme.com/forum/.

The BBPress version is 1.1.

Many thanks,
Toby

s2member typically only protects pages that are part of the wordpress database or files that are located in the s2member-files directory. There is another option for protecting other pages/applications on your server which you can find here:

Hope that helps,
Dave
