Use Tax functionality without Billing Address

Hello,
I want to use the Tax Rate Calculation and I need just one tax for one country (Germany). But now I have this additional Billing Address form in my Paypal Pro-Form. Is it possible to use the Tax Rate functionality without having the Billing Address Form to appear?

And another question. How can I set the language of the text (like “Additional Info”) to German? Do I have to translate it myself?

And another question while I’m already typing.. Is it possible that paypal doesn’t support recurring payments in Germany? Because when I tried to test it with the paypal sandbox I always got an error that “this function is not possible at the moment”.. But when I tried a non-recurring form it worked.

The address is needed to know whether to apply the tax or not.

I doubt it. What PayPal service are you using? Express Checkout or PayPal Pro? PayPal Pro will require you to have DPRP to have subscriptions. Knowledge Base » PayPal Pro, PayFlow, DPRP, Express Checkout

By the way, I wouldn’t use the Sandbox, it sometimes has its own problems that aren’t in live transactions. It’s much better to do live, 1 cent transactions for your tests.
