Hello s2Member Support Staff,

The Custom Fields in my All Users list are not populating or being updated.

Registration Date – Paid Subscr. ID – Custom Capabilities – # Of Logins

I recently re-installed/backed-up up my site (SQL). I believe I found an SQL script that allowed me to extract the User data from the main WP database. I then imported the users back in with an SQL insert for my new site install.

I am not aware of a standard import/export user method for WP.

I am using the latest stable version of S2Member (120703).

Any suggestions? Did I miss a setting/option?

Hi JB.

Those fields you say are not populated, are stored in the usermeta table. Maybe you missed it when you migrated the users?

Hi Christian,

Thanks for replying!

OK I’ll have to check that but I thought it would still populate them accordingly after the fact – even if that table was blank.

I thought it would still maybe start the # of logins at 1 and maybe even still add Registration Date for newly signed up users?

It’s just not adding anything to the fields.

Also is there a config file that I can export that saves all of my s2Member settings just incase I decide to re-install again so that I dont have to enter in all the settings/api signatures/usernames.

Thanks

It’s just not adding anything to the fields.

If the users were properly imported to your new WP site, I don’t know why they wouldn’t be updated with number of logins, for example.

Have you tried importing them with s2Member’s Import tool? [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Import/Export -› User/Member Importation[/hilite]

Yes, here: [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Import/Export -› s2Member® Options[/hilite]
