Our website has a monthly payment membership payment. If a user cancels their recurring paypal payment, they should have the remaining 30 days since the last payment they made.

I have a user whom back in Sept 30th, requested a refund. We manually cancelled their recurring payment in paypal and refunded them their money on the same day.

These are the current settings for: Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Automatic EOT Behavior -› Refunds/Reversals
Enable s2Member’s Auto-EOT System?
Yes (enable the Auto-EOT system though WP-Cron)

Membership EOT Behavior (demote or delete)?
Demote (conver them to a Free Subscriber)

Refunds/REversals (trigger immediate EOT)?
Refunds/Reversals (ALWAYS trigger an immediate EOT action)

Fixed-Term Extensions (auto-extend)?
Yes (default automatically extend any existing EOT Time).

In a previous post http://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/premature-eot-for-recurring-paypal-payments/#post-56207 I was told that if we issued a refund the account should get demoted. The account has not been demoted and it is now December.

Any assistance in troubleshooting would be helpful.

I actually just set up S2Members and was doing some testing on my site and noticed this as well. I issued a refund to a test account and it did not demote the user. I am interested in hearing what the solution is.
