Our website has a monthly payment membership payment. If a user cancels their recurring paypal payment, they should have the remaining 30 days since the last payment they made. I have a user whom back in Sept 30th, requested a refund. We manually cancelled their recurring payment in paypal and refunded them their money on the same day. These are the current settings for: Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Automatic EOT Behavior -› Refunds/Reversals Membership EOT Behavior (demote or delete)? Refunds/REversals (trigger immediate EOT)? Fixed-Term Extensions (auto-extend)? In a previous post http://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/premature-eot-for-recurring-paypal-payments/#post-56207 I was told that if we issued a refund the account should get demoted. The account has not been demoted and it is now December. Any assistance in troubleshooting would be helpful. |
