How can I set the wp-users id toa specific number ( to be clear a specific start value that increments from there). I know it’s a mySQL issue I just have not had any luck finding a way to do it or the code to run in MY SQL

Sorry, I don’t know how. Maybe you should google it or ask in the WP forums, it’s possible someone alse already did this and posted about it.
