Hi,

I wanted to ask a question about user import please. When you upload users how do you get it to email the users with their new account and password?

The import tool doesn’t email users when their accounts are created. http://www.s2member.com/kb/importing-updating-users/#always-silent

You can try one of these other plugins:
http://wordpress.org/plugins/email-users/
http://wordpress.org/plugins/mass-email-to-users/

Then email your users with a link to the password recovery page, so they have it sent to them to access the new account.
