Hi,
I was testing some stuff on s2member and found that when I run a refund for monthly subscription paymnet, user is not being demoted to level 0.
In settings, I have: Refund/Reversal will always trigger an immediate EOT/deletion.
Also, I receive this email after refund:

(s2Member / API Notification Email) – EOT/Deletion

eot_del_type: user-removal-deletion
subscr_id: RP000000….
user_first_name: ….
user_last_name: ….

so, all looks OK EXCEPT that user stays on the same level of subscription.
Any ideas how to fix/debug this?
