When my members try to update, they get this.

Fatal error: Class ‘c_ws_plugin__s2member_profile_mods_in’ not found in /homepages/28/d352676419/htdocs/proto/wp-content/plugins/s2member/includes/classes/profile-mods.inc.php on line 44

Any clues?

Hello Cliff,

This error is generated because for some reason WordPress can’t find the file shown there. In other words, your s2Member installation is corrupted, or WordPress doesn’t have enough permissions to access that file.

So then, please try reinstalling s2Member (and s2Member pro), but make sure to enable deactivation safeguards: Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Deactivation Safeguards
