User registration is currently not allowed

I will upgrade to pro version in a day or two but i want to set up the s2member before i upgrade…

I have set everything as it should be but when person wants to register at my site it trows him to login welcome page wih a warning in pink at the top saying “User registration is currently not allowed”…

I have checked most of previous posts on his forum but they all had pay pal or some other thing integrated/set up i dont not for now… i also dont alow level 0 free registration only level 1 (maybe thats the problem but i still want people to register at my site than be redirected to pay pay or some other for paying ….

what am i doing wrong help me please

Could you please check the setting under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Open Registration? What is it set to?
