We are having an issue with one of our WordPress Networks. We have s2Member network activated, and users that register on one of the subsites, cannot log into the main site. Is this how s2Member works or is there some other issue going on?

The login sessions are managed by WordPress, not s2Member, and that is the way it works in WP multisite normally, from what I understand. I’m not sure if a hack would allow the session to work across all sites in the network. Have you tried asking in a WP forum or googling it?

@Cristián, yes, I am sure that is the way it works. I was just wondering if s2Member did anything different. One other question for you. What would happen with login between sites if a multisite is setup like this:

1. s2Member is activated per site instead of network activated.
2. There are two sites; site A and site B
3. User signs up on site B which is mapped to a domain.

Ah ok. No, s2Member doesn’t change login sessions. Each blog has its own.

He’d be a Site B user, and not Site A. Not sure how the domain mapping would affect the login session of the blog.
