Hi!

Many of my new users are not registering after paying with PayPal. I’m guessing they’re not waiting to be redirected to the registration page, or they’re clicking the “if you’re not redirected within 10 seconds” PayPal button, which seems to direct to a 404 page instead of the registration page.

Anyway, this wouldn’t be an issue if there was an email reminder being sent to them with a link to the registration page. I thought this was built into S2Member… and I thought I configured this email already at S2Member > PayPal Options > Signup Confirmation Email (Standard)

But, I guess I’m missing something, b/c this email isn’t sent to any users who forget to sign up.

Can anyone help? It’s going to be a pain in the but to add all members who forget to sign up (or miss the signup page) by hand.
