Wordpress has some built-in fields like “Address Line 1” and “City”. How can I use these within the Pro Forms without having to create new Custom fields?

I’m unaware of any default WordPress fields for addresses. It sounds like you have another plugin adding these fields. s2Member does not have any way to integrate with these fields. You’ll have to create Custom Registration/Profile Fields.
