Using "Existing Page" and "Redirection URL"

For the site I am working on, I need most users to go to one shared Login Welcome page, but I also need custom pages for a few users. Ideally, I’d like have both a default Login Welcome Page and a Special Redirection URL (www.example.com/johndoe22-account-page), but on the General Options Page, once I enter a Special Redirection URL it overrides the default Login Welcome Page setting. Is there a way to use both? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
