Using Paypal Donate to advance a user

Is it possible to set a suggested paypal donation about amount and advance a user to another level this way? But still leave the option for them to donate whatever they want/

That looks like a CSS thing. Could you post a link to the page you have this on?

Thanks I added this and seemed to have fixed. Not sure why it displayed with such gap but I guess this is the workaround?

This is different for different themes, so if that works for you you should be fine. :-)
