Using S2Member with PayPal pro

Hello, I am trying to set up the use of Pay Pal forms, I am using S2Member pro. We want our users to be able to choose which level restriction they want to buy (0 -4), each one would be at a different price. I have made the Membership Options Page, but it only wants me to place the code for just 1 form on it. How can this be set up so that the user would have the choice of levels to buy on this Membership Options Page using Pal Pro Forms? I am having trouble finding out about this in the videos and forum….thanks Erik Utterback Country Media, Inc.

Maybe I should add Pay Pal buttons on the Memership Options Page that would link to a seperate page that has the specific level’s forms?
