"We Accept PayPal®" won't go away

I’ve just updated to v130816 and now all of my Pro Forms have a new section titled “We Accept PayPal®” with radio buttons underneath that are barely visible. Looks very unprofessional. I only accept PayPal and thishas never been there before. Please advise how to get rid of it. Thanks
