I get the following error message whenever I add s2member Pro plugin:

“This webpage has a redirect loop
The webpage at http://priceandvolume.com/ has resulted in too many redirects…”

I disabled all plugins and reverted to another theme without s2member pro and didn’t get the error. However, when I added s2member pro I got the error.

I cleared all cookies and verified “www” is on the WordPress Site Address (URL) and WordPress Address (URL) but still got the error message when I added s2member Pro.

Hello Mercilee, thanks for your inquiry.

I believe I know the reason for this, I have seen this before.

Could you please go under WP Admin -> Settings -> General, and in the WordPress Address (URL) and the Site Address (URL) please put the URL to your website.

I’ve seen this when those fields have an incorrect URL, mainly because they didn’t use an exact URL. In the case I’ve had, they had upper-case caps when the URL to your website doesn’t. So make sure that it’s http://www.yourwebsiteurl.com/ instead of http://www.YourWebsiteURL.com.

Tell me if this fixes it, and I hope this helps. :)

Thanks Eduan, unfortunately that didn’t fix it. Both URL are the same. The redirect errors occurs only when s2member Pro is activated…so I’m thinking that something about s2member Pro is causing he redirected. Also, I checked the Membership Option Page and it is unlock.

Hi Mercilee.

Only with s2Member Pro but not the s2Member Framework? Odd.

Could you post the content of your .htaccess file in the root directory, please?

Also, did you test deactivating the other plugins and then activating s2Member Pro?
