welcome page protected safari private browsin

Hi,

Thought you might like to know that there is an issue with logging on to an s2Members site in Safari when in Private Browsing Mode. The login welcome page redirects to the membership options page.

Having spent some time trying to figure this out and reading the forums I guess this is a permissions problem.

I stumbled upon my answer when I tried doing the same in an incognito page in Chrome to make sure it was not a browser problem.

I was only using a private browsing mode to avoid over cookie and cache issues.

Anyway, thought you might like to know.

Is this Safari for Windows, or OSX? It may be a browser caching issue, but I’m not sure. I’ll have our development team look into it.

Safari Version 6.0.3 (8536.28.10) on Mac OS Mountain Lion 10.8.3. In private browsing mode and caches may well have been in disabled mode though I can’t remember.
