Which can do this? Free or Pro?

I am trying to figure out how to get what I need here. Let me tell you and then can you tell me if I would need Pro or if the free version is fine. 1. I need to be able to customize the registration form. I need things beyond name, username, password and email. I need three other fields. 2. I need to be able to have a download page for each user for particular downloads, for things like contracts and invoices. Files that only the individual user will see. 3. I need it to be able to send an email to confirm registration. 4. Finally I will not have paid subscriptions, this is for people who work with me in order to have access to business information. Do I have to set it up as a paid membership and just charge $0? Well s2Member be able to do this? Thank you! Rachel ETA: Oh! Will I be able to customize the look?
