Hello, We really appreciate the support we get from s2M. And we’ve got another critical issue. We’re serving media casts to a broad audience using s2M and Amazon S3. Currently we’re stuck as to what we can do to get our s2M + Amazon S3 to play nice with Androids. Amazon S3 does not work with the HTTP header authentication and Android devices/apps for receiving media casts. Does s2M know of any way that we can modify the Amazon S3 CDN strict authentication handling to ignore the HTTP header authentication and look at _ONLY_ the key being passed from s2member-files? Or does s2M have a better recommendation for a bullet proof s2M + CDN solution that works 100% every time? It seems that we cannot be alone with this issue in the s2M customer base. Perhap you’ve got other s2M Pro users who’ve handled this with your help. We need to resolve this issue as it’s costing us members and member goodwill–not to mention many lost team hours testing, this, that and the other thing while we try to assuage our membership that we’re working on a solution. Thank you for your help. BTW – Of course we can Google the s2M forums and review pages and pages of questions and answers, testing and trying what other people have tried–as we have with all previous issues–but we need to resolve this issue faster. And we hope you’ve got a ready answer. |
