Won't update Mailchimp table, failed to parse

I’m already read video guide, and others MERGE tags/fields problem issue for MailChimp. However I still failed and I don’t know where’s my mistake.

here’s my code

$user_login, 
			"TELP" => $user_telp, 
			"GENDER" => $user_gender, 
			"OCCUPATION" => $user_occupation);

       return array_merge($merge, $my_custom_merge_vars);
   }
?>

here’s my field

telp_no, gender, occupation

then here’s my mail chimp merge field

I tried more and more, but still failed. can you give me any suggestion?
