Hey everyone, I am trying to customize WooCommerce and S2 to run together. Here is my project: I am running a WooCommerce store, that upon purchase of a product, the site user gets a link to a private page. I want to restrict access to these pages using S2 PRO which I have already purchased. What I am brainstorming doing is removing the Add to Cart button in the WooCommerce Product Page layout to be the Paypal Button from my S2 – so upon checking out, S2 will grant access to that page, gain their membership level, and let S2 manage their user account. My first and obvious question: Is this hack possible? It is basically like putting the S2 checkout in a WooCommerce product page template as a shell for the S2 button. Then S2 handles everything from there. Feel free to ridicule me if I sound crazy right now. Thank you for all serious advice given, or anyone who has a good joke. Casey |
