WP Multisite Affilliate Program (Advanced)

Hey all.
I’ve been using S2 for a couple years now and have to say its by far my favourite membership software.

I am currently working on a passion project which aims to give the youth of today access to golf (a sport not many children get to try)

The website is a multisite structure with 1 website being the ‘MASTER’.
The aim of the platform is to give Schools, charities, States, counties and anyone else who would like to raise funds for their local youth golf program a website to promote/post news & events and raise money through local sponsorship/advertising and the sale of golf related products.

The first ‘products’ each site can advertise for sale is access to 2 golf training courses.

We have over 100 individual groups already waiting to use the system so want to get this next part right from the get go.

Instead of each website having their own payment gateway we want each website to link to the ‘MASTER’ sites shop section with an affiliate code, any sale then made through the master site can be tracked back to the affiliate and the affiliate will then be paid their earnings at the end of each month.
