Hello Eduan, thank you very much for your tips, I’m grateful. In the end I tried to exit the maintenance mode and it worked. I’m not so sure, I’ll do other tests to see if that is really the problem. Thank you so much for your help. We hope that all is well! Hello Alessandro

Using chrome as browser I also checked inside the folder s2member-logs and brings me a. htacess marked “deny from all” but I do not understand what that means.
