nothing has been changed on this site for over 6 months and now for some reason I cannot figure out — new users are given absolutely huge wp-user id’s

I just tried registered 3 users and was given these 2 wp user ids

18446744073709551613
18446744073709551614

and now I am being told that I can’t register any more users…
