email from paypal is recieved, but no email from s2member upon registration

registrations are open. but level 2 and above have custom fields which I have created. Level 0 users can register to the site fine.

It’s only after subscription it does not link to the custom fields I have set up.

Ive checked integrate with buddypress for all options.
