It seems to work if you create a page template within your WPTouch theme to use on all your access restricted pages that wraps the content in a conditional:

<?php if (current_user_can("access_s2member_levelX")){ ?>

# Show restricted stuff #

<?php } else { ?>

# Show unrestricted stuff/call to login #

<?php } ?>

However this seems a bit cumbersome if you have multiple access levels.
