OK – Seem to have fixed this now…

It seems having “Better WP Security” AND “Wordpress HTTPS” plugins both installed was causing the problem. If you have just one or the other installed it worked ok.

Seem to have fixed it by removing Better WP Security.. site is running as it should for now..
