I’m having the same problem. I can’t pass my subscribers data through to MailChimp. I have read everything I can find on the forum and I am getting a lot of clues but no solution. I did add a Phone capture field and a web address capture field. I have corrisponding fields on MailChimp. That is probably the sticking point.

I am getting a 250 error in the log file mailchimp-api.log file and I can see that the required phone number is not being picked up and generates the error:

‘version’ => ‘1.3’,
‘errorMessage’ => ‘PHONE must be provided – Please enter a value’,
‘errorCode’ => 250,

I have found some hints about how to fix this problem but everything I have found ends at a dead end because some old files seem to be missing. I can’t find some old primothemes.com files.

Apparently, I need some kind of filter but I need to know more about that or another solution..
